Job summary

Virgin Media O2 in the UK is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers through mobiles, broadband, TV and add-ons, helping them make confident, informed choices.

You'll complete a two-week induction (30 hours), receive ongoing coaching, work in a collaborative team, and enjoy benefits such as healthcare, pension and generous holiday.

This role requires flexible shifts including evenings and weekends; you’ll be part of a high-street retail network focused on outstanding service.

• Support customers in finding the right price plan and setup for their lifestyle.
• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
