Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers in choosing tech solutions, explain plans, and showcase new features. You’ll join a close-knit team, delivering memorable service while building trust and taking ownership of queries.

The role emphasizes flexible shifts, induction training over two weeks, and ongoing coaching to help you grow within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

Help customers choose from our range of products, including mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, accessories, broadband and TV packages.
Support customers in finding the right price plan and setup for their lifestyle.
Confidently showcase new and existing technology and demonstrate features.
Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
Work with your team to achieve store targets and high customer satisfaction.
