Job summary

Virgin Media O2 in the UK is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers in choosing products, setting up plans and exploring features. You’ll deliver friendly, empathetic service and take ownership of issues to build trust.

The role includes a two-week induction: 2 x 2-day sessions (30 hours) on product knowledge and systems, followed by ongoing coaching to support growth within a close-knit retail team.
