Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers in choosing from a range of products and services, from mobile to broadband and TV.

You’ll build trust, demonstrate features, resolve queries and contribute to store targets, with structured induction and ongoing coaching.

This role offers an hourly rate of £13.45 plus a location allowance, with flexible hours across store opening times.

• Support customers in finding the right price plan and setup for their lifestyle.
• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
