Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor in the Enniskillen area to help customers select mobiles, broadband and TV packages while delivering memorable experiences. You will build trust, demonstrate products, and resolve issues in a supportive team environment.

You’ll complete induction sessions and receive ongoing coaching to grow in the role. Shifts cover store hours, including evenings and weekends; the role pays £13.45 per hour and promotes inclusive, customer-focused service.
