Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers select from a wide range of tech products and services, guiding them to the best price plans and setups. You’ll demonstrate features, resolve queries with ownership, and contribute to team targets while delivering memorable experiences.

You’ll join a close-knit retail team with induction sessions, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced store environment across varied hours.

• Showcase new and existing technology, highlighting features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with the team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
