Job summary

Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to work night shifts. The ideal candidate will bring hospitality experience, a confident communication style and a friendly personality to the team.

The role is 16-24 hours per week, across 2 or 3 shifts including midweek, weekends and bank holidays. Responsibilities include reception, bar and kitchen support, checking guests in/out, handling payments, serving drinks and snacks, breakfast setup, overnight cleaning, and ensuring

The perfect candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, ideally having worked in a hotel, bar or restaurant. This role is for 16-24 hours per week across 2 or 3 shifts and will include midweek, weekends and bank holidays.
