Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is seeking a full-time Guest Service Manager to lead a team with confidence and personality. The ideal candidate will have supervisory or management experience in hospitality, ideally in hotel, bar or restaurant settings, and be fluent in English.

Hours total 40 per week with a mix of 8 and 12-hour shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends. The role involves cross-department collaboration, guest engagement and ensuring safety and service standards are met.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.

• Managing a team of Guest Service, and Food & Beverage assistants.
• Working across all departments including reception, bar & kitchen.

• Manage hotel room inventory & checking guests in/out
• Managing bills & payments
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries.
• Running the bar
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
