Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a full time Guest Service Manager. We want a confident communicator who brings personality and shine to our team.

Hours: 40 hours per week with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will lead a team across reception, bar and kitchen, ensuring superb guest experiences at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Supervisor or management experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of Guest Service and Food & Beverage assistants.
• Work across reception, bar and kitchen.
• Help guests and create positive experiences.
• Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in/out.
• Oversee billing and payments.
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock and take deliveries.
• Run the bar.
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies.

Hours: 40 hours per week (working a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts)

Shifts: 4 or 5 shifts per week (including mornings, evenings and weekends)

Main Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Guest Service, and Food & Beverage assistants.
• Working across all departments including reception, bar & kitchen
• Helping guests & creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory & checking guests in/out
• Managing bills & payments
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries.
• Running the bar
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely

You will have 'Hamptonality'

• Great energy and a can-do attitude
• Great at managing people, and you love chatting with guests
• Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)

Useful Experience

• Supervisor or management experience in hospitality industry
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
