Job summary

Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is seeking a Guest Service Assistant for night shifts. The role involves working 16–24 hours per week across 2–3 shifts, including midweek and weekends, across reception, bar and kitchen areas. Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, hotel, bar or restaurant preferred.
• Able to work 16–24 hours per week across 2–3 shifts.
• Confident communicator with a friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist across hotel departments including reception, bar and kitchen.
• Check guests in/out and manage bills and payments.
• Serve drinks and snacks, prepare/serve simple menu items.
• Set up breakfast buffet and assist with cooking as needed.
• Overnight cleaning of public areas.
• Support guests to create positive experiences while following safety policies.
