Rank Group in Wales seeks a Team Member to be the friendly face on the floor, serving great food and drink and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game.

As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor - making customers feel welcome, serving great food & drink, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across different areas, and elevate issues when needed.

Your Impact:

• Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer gambling procedures; challenge age-restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
• One‑team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed —Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning— so service flows smoothly.

You’ll Bring:

• Customer‑first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
• Pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.

• Experience: previous customer‑service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
