Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Team Member to be the friendly face on the floor, serving food and drink and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game.

You will follow clear standards, support across Front of House, floor, Food & Beverage, and cleaning, and elevate issues when needed. Training is provided, with real contracts from 8 to 35 hours and paid breaks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential.
• Full training provided.
• Adhere to health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer-gambling rules.
• Ability to work across front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, and cleaning as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and support customers to create a welcoming visit.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Explain how our games work and maintain high energy around the venue.
• Follow safety, hygiene, licensing, and safer-gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and cover multiple areas as needed.
