Job summary

Rank Group in Aberdeen is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, serve great food and drinks, and keep the venue buzzing from the first hello to the final game.

You’ll follow standard procedures, support across different areas, and escalate issues when needed. We offer real contracts from 8 to 35 hours, paid breaks, a rewards platform, uniform provided, and a range of benefits.

If you have a customer-first attitude and enjoy a busy, friendly environment, training is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with great people skills
• Pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail
• Team player energy - clear communication and willingness to learn on shift
• Experience: previous customer-service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions
• Help customers understand how games work and keep energy high around the venue
• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer-gambling procedures; report incidents promptly
• Communicate clearly with colleagues across Front of House and other areas to ensure smooth service
