Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a friendly Team Member to be the welcoming face on the floor, assisting guests with play on our machines, serving snacks and drinks, and helping create a great atmosphere from first visit to last spin.

The role requires flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends, while upholding health and safety standards and delivering high-quality service across the venue.

As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor—welcoming customers, supporting play on our machines, serving snacks & drinks, and helping create a great atmosphere from first visit to last spin. You’ll follow clear standards, resolving or escalating issues where needed

***Please note this role operates within our extended venue opening hours, so flexibility will be required to work night shifts including weekends****
