Job summary

Rank Group in the United Kingdom seeks a friendly Team Member to greet customers, serve food and drinks, and keep the venue buzzing from first hello to final game.

You'll follow clear standards, support across areas, and escalate issues when needed. Real contracts from 8–35 hours, paid breaks, and pension and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with great people skills.
• Pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
• Team player energy - clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
• Experience: previous customer-service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.

• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer-gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.

• One‑team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed – Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning – so service flows smoothly.
