About the Role

The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about working in a vibrant place, restlessly helping teammates and customers, and have a love for preparing food. Join us as a Team Member and earn up to £13.55 per hour, including an hourly bonus. NO zero-hours contracts!

Responsibilities

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety

Training & Development

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
