Job summary

Rank Group in Burton upon Trent is hiring a Team Member to be the friendly face on the floor, serving great food and drink, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across areas, and help ensure smooth service.

You’ll Bring: a customer‑first attitude, good people skills, ability to work at pace, and team‑player energy. Full training provided; hours are 16 per week with paid breaks.

Responsibilities

• Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer-gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.
• One-team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed - Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning.
