With the service set to open inJanuary 2026, we’re looking for a passionate and drivenTeam Managerto help shape the service from the very beginning - from recruitment and team building to service design and transition planning.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident and compassionate leader who is:

  • Qualified toLevel 3 in Health & Social Care(or equivalent experience)
  • Adriver with access to a vehicle
  • Experienced in supporting people withcomplex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions
  • Skilled inteam management, staff development, and service improvement
  • Passionate aboutperson-centred careand achieving positive outcomes
