A community care organization in Tameside seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead its Neighbourhood Social Work Teams. This role focuses on supporting adults to live independently at home, enhancing team performance, and ensuring high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a social work qualification, significant experience in adult care, and strong leadership skills. This permanent role offers a salary between £51,356 and £54,495 based on experience and qualifications.

Salary: Grade J. Scale 40 - £51,356 to Scale 43 - £54,495 with a professional bar at SCP 41 £52,413**
Hours Per Week: 36hours
Base Location: Ashton Primary Care Centre

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and forwardthinking Team Manager to lead one of our Neighbourhood Social Work Teams. Our aim is to support people to live well at home, this is an exciting opportunity to shape strengths-based practice, drive highquality performance, and support a motivated team delivering excellent outcomes for adults and carers.
You’ll play a key role in our integrated neighbourhood model, working closely with health partners, community organisations, and voluntary sector colleagues to ensure people receive timely, person-centred support.
We’re looking for someone who brings both professional expertise and compassionate leadership.
