Overview

The Team Manager will provide operational management of the Intensive Support Team, ensuring the highest professional standards and attitudes towards patient care are maintained and delivered at all times in accordance with evidence‑based practice. They will be pivotal in developing this service.

Role Details

The North Yorkshire and York Intensive Support Team is a newly developed team based at Systems House in York, operating 7 days a week with enhanced hours across the week. Working hours are flexible within the service; candidates can be based at any of our North Yorkshire, York or Selby sites with a minimum of two days a week in York (negotiable).

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of dedicated staff and support their ongoing development.
  • Identify training and development needs to ensure the delivery of high‑quality and safe care that is responsive to individual needs.
  • Ensure professional standards and evidence‑based practice are upheld across the team.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of the Intensive Support service.
