A disability charity in Hereford is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of their service. This role requires a dedication to support both staff and clients, with a mandatory NVQ Level 3 in health and social care. As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.
Wall Street is a residential home in Hereford city centre. The service offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and highly trained staff.
With a specialism in supporting people with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury or stroke, the service takes a person-centred, flexible approach. With the people that use our services, we create care and support plans that meet personal goals and needs. Personal choice about how they live is top of the list for people who live at Wall Street, with active support from staff.
