Overview

Team Leader - Responsive Repairs

£28,598 - £33,699 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to join Mansfield District Council’s Housing responsive repairs team.

Responsibilities

The post holder will play a key role in the delivery of responsive repairs. You will take the lead and be responsible for the supervision and organisation of a team of multi-disciplinary trade operatives and contractors to ensure homes are maintained to the highest standard.

You will work as part of a friendly team in the delivery of work planning and job allocation to trade operatives and will be required to monitor performance against set targets and priorities that are within budget to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service. This will involve property inspections, checking works on site and liaison with tenants, contractors and other relevant bodies.
