A leading elderly care provider in the UK is seeking a committed Team Leader to enhance the quality of life for residents. You will supervise care delivery, implement care plans, and ensure a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The ideal candidate has an NVQ 3 in care with two years of experience in a senior role. This role includes contributing to the well-being of residents and leading a dedicated team within an enriching care home environment.
