We support individuals to regain their independence following an accident or a period of illness and we help them to remain in their own home.

As a Team Leader you will support and manage a team of Support Workers, being the first point of contact for Support Workers for advice, including at evenings and weekends. You’ll oversee client review visits and will lead and develop key areas of the service for example medication and Equality & Diversity.

We are looking to invest in talented individuals who want to connect with people. Experience in care is not essential.
