Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to steer the floor during busy shifts, ensuring service remains warm and teams stay motivated.

You’ll mentor colleagues, resolve issues quickly, and uphold high standards across service, safety and cleanliness to keep customers happy and coming back. This frontline role supports management and helps deliver consistent guest experiences across the venues.

Qualifications

• Leadership on shift to keep service smooth.
• Ability to handle busy periods with composure.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and safety.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
