Job summary

Greene King, Pub & Dining, is seeking a Team Leader to guide staff during busy shifts and ensure high standards and a warm customer experience. You’ll lead by example, deputise for management, and keep service ticking like clockwork.

You’ll oversee a friendly team, maintain safety and cleanliness, and respond quickly to issues while modelling excellent service. Strong English, eye for detail, and a can-do attitude are essential to help guests enjoy every visit.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
