Job summary

Greene King’s ventures arm is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations across the bar and team leadership. You’ll role-model high standards, coordinate staff, and uphold safety and compliance to keep customers happy.

You’ll deputise for management when needed, drive teamwork, and maintain a welcoming, efficient environment for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, with issues dealt with promptly and safely.
