Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift and ensure excellent customer service across our branded venues. You will support the management team, coordinate staff, and maintain safe, compliant bar operations while upholding high standards of service.

Ideal candidates will lead by example, stay composed under pressure, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. English communication and attention to detail are essential on every shift.

Qualifications

• Show how to handle busy periods with calm and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
