Job summary

A healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is looking for a qualified Psychological Therapist to lead a team and manage clinical caseloads. This position requires extensive experience in delivering Talking Therapies and previous leadership experience. Responsibilities include monitoring performance against KPIs, overseeing clinical operations, and providing supervision. The ideal applicant will have an accredited CBT/Relational therapy qualification and a passion for effective mental health service delivery. The position offers evenings and flexible work across the county.

Qualifications

Job description
Overview

Bedfordshire Talking Therapies (BTT) is a thriving talking therapies service. The service offers low and high intensity interventions in individual, couple and group formats.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead a team of psychological therapists and work alongside our team of Team Leaders to ensure the effective running of the service.
  • Report to and be supported by the Deputy Clinical Lead and Clinical Lead.
  • Hold a clinical caseload of step three presentations, providing individual and group treatments.
  • Monitor performance against KPI targets at both the individual clinical level and the service level.
  • Provide clinician of the day duties, case management, line management and clinical supervision.
  • Oversee a clinical part of the service and help work toward the overall strategy in that area.
  • Attend base twice a week, work across the county and work one late evening.
Qualifications and experience
  • Accredited CBT/Relational therapist with extensive experience delivering Talking Therapies.
  • Previous leadership/supervision experience.
  • Qualifications/experience of any Talking Therapy approved modality supervision.
