Job summary

A leading social care organization in Stoke on-Trent is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for their children's residential home. The successful candidate will lead shifts and support young people, ensuring a safe environment. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and at least one year of experience in residential childcare are required. Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

  • Working Hours : 2 on 4 off. 8am-11pm plus sleep
  • Service : Childrens Residential Home
  • Service Users : PSB / SHB
  • Home : 5 Bed
  • Qualifications Required : Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience Required : Minimum 1 year in residential childcare
  • Employment Type : Permanent Full-time
