We are looking for a confident Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours a week working across a Monday-Sunday rota working 08:00-20:00, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Aspen House.

Cygnet Aspen House is a 20 bed service specialising in high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for women who have severe and enduring mental illness.

The service provides a safe and comfortable environment that promotes recovery for women with its focus on space, personal privacy and dignity.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required
  • Support management in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
