A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their premium care home in Dalgety Bay. In this role, you will lead by example, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and supporting your team in delivering high standards. Key qualifications include a minimum SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and the ability to motivate and mentor others. Our purpose‑built, premium care home in Dalgety Bay, Fife, provides outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 68 residents. Warm, welcoming, and community‑focused, it offers a rewarding environment for both residents and staff.
We are now looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our team. In this key role, you will lead by example, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care while supporting and guiding your team to deliver excellence every day.
As Team Leader, you will lead the care team on shift, ensuring all residents receive compassionate, person‑centred support. You will assist residents with personal care, promote independence, and oversee medication administration with accuracy and care.
You will maintain up‑to‑date care plans and risk assessments, ensuring records reflect residents’ individual needs and preferences. Strong communication will be key as you liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues, ensuring everyone works together to create a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere.
You will also act as a mentor to Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to help them develop and perform to the highest standards.
