A leading care provider in Gillingham is seeking a Team Leader to ensure person-centred support and manage staff. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care, have at least 6 months of team leadership experience, and show compassion and understanding towards vulnerable adults.
