Creative Support is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader with a strong understanding of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex health needs and autism. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team in the Dudley area, leading high-quality supported living services.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Team Leader to support four wonderful ladies who live together in a welcoming bungalow with a beautiful garden in Stourbridge. All are wheelchair users with complex health needs, including dysphagia and epilepsy, and each has a unique personality, interests, and aspirations.

Your role will be to lead and inspire a dedicated staff team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You'll create an environment where the ladies can thrive - enjoying life at home, in their garden, and making the most of opportunities in the community.
