Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader to join Heart of England Cooperative Society at our Balsall Common Convenience Food Store on a permanent, part-time contract for 24 hours per week. Role will require flexibility in terms of hours and will include opening and closing shifts. You will be based at Balsall Common but covering the Coventry area.

About You

As a Team Leader within the Society, you will step up into a position of responsibility, supporting the running of the store and motivating the team. If you have proven yourself as a leader and have a passion for convenience retail, this is the role for you. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all areas of the store are taken care of, and act as a role model to the rest of the team in championing the Society’s Mantra and behaviours. Our customers will be the focus of everything you do, and you will support in projects within our local communities.
