We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious private paediatric therapy clinic based in Central London, seeking a Team Lead and Senior Occupational Therapist to join their growing multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical practice, mentoring therapists, and delivering high-quality care to children and families.

The Role

This hybrid position combines clinical delivery (70%) with team leadership and project work (30%), offering a dynamic and rewarding balance. You’ll report directly to the CEO, a renowned expert in paediatrics and sensory integration, and collaborate closely with a passionate team of therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of occupational therapists, including weekend practitioners.
• Deliver expert clinical services, including assessments and sensory integration interventions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
• Contribute to strategic planning, service development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for complex cases and stakeholder engagement.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• HCPC registered with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experienced in paediatric therapy (minimum 7 years), with strong sensory integration expertise.
• A confident leader or senior therapist ready to step into a management role.
• Skilled in balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodiverse children and their families.
• Desirable:
  • Advanced Sensory Integration training (e.g., SIPT certification).
  • Experience with Ayres Sensory Integration equipment.
  • Background in multidisciplinary settings.
