Overview

Highly successful, forward‑thinking and global investment company is looking for a bright and switched‑on graduate Admin Assistant to join their welcoming and supportive team. Based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair, this is a really varied and interesting role. Working closely with the Office Manager and the existing admin team, as Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
  • Being a central point of contact within the office to assist with general enquiries, research and requests
  • Assisting with travel (arranging visas, transport and accommodation, managing corporate accounts)
  • Scheduling and prepping for meetings
  • Assisting with the onboarding / off‑boarding processes (home office set up, business cards, welcome pack, office orientation, kit collection)
  • Handling general administrative duties such as filing expenses, record‑keeping, and the purchase of office supplies
  • Providing general support to visiting staff members, which could include allocating desks and setting up access cards
  • Day‑to‑day liaison with vendors
  • Organising internal and external social activities
Qualifications
  • Two years+ office admin experience – ideally in a corporate environment or professional services
  • High EQ and the ability to read the room
  • Confidence and excellent people skills
  • A brilliant work ethic, muck in and not precious
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Flexible, muck in and the ability to switch direction quickly
