Wise May is looking for a Team Administrator to join a Management Consultancy business based in Central London.

As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and providing support to the team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in administration and office support.

This is a full time, temporary role with potential to be made permanent and the hours are 09:00 - 17:30.

Team Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate team members and providing basic information to callers.
  • Manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, including scheduling, setting up conference calls, and booking meeting rooms.
  • Record minutes and action items during meetings, ensuring follow-up and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and updating financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain templates, documents, and reports on systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining records, and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Manage and update social media platforms and provide support in creating and editing marketing materials and presentations.
  • Plan and execute company events and social gatherings to foster team cohesion and a positive work environment.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations in the compact office environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
