Are you a caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children’s learning?

We are looking for dedicated supply teaching assistants to join our team working across a variety of schools in Norfolk including Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Diss, Thetford, King's Lynn, and North Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Assisting class teachers with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
• Helping to create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
• Being a reliable and positive presence in the classroom
• Providing additional support for children with additional learning needs where required

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of one year's academic experience working with children in a UK school or educational setting
• A minimum of five GCSEs, including English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent, and a relevant teaching assistant qualification or degree
• A flexible, friendly, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for helping children to thrive
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build relationships quickly
