£105 - £125 per day

Are you a passionate teaching assistant looking to make a real difference in Education?

Key Responsibilities:

As the new teaching assistant, you will be required (but not limited) to:

  • Supporting pupils, to ensure they are engaged in learning activities
  • Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom
  • Act as a role model, setting high expectations of conduct and promoting positive pupil behaviour
  • Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Deal with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school's policies and procedures about health & safety, welfare and wellbeing and safeguarding
  • Provide additional support to the teachers in the classrooms
  • Establish positive relationships with the pupils in lessons being covered
What We're Looking For:
  • An experienced teaching assistant with prior experience supporting secondary school students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability
