Contract: Ad Hoc Daily or Long Term

Start Date: Immediate / Flexible

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a flexible role? Monarch Education is seeking dedicated SEND TAs to provide ad hoc daily or long-term support in a welcoming primary school in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning activities.
  • Support classroom teachers in managing behaviour and promoting inclusion.
  • Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to ensure pupil progress.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
