A reputable educational institution in Bath is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a term-time only position. The role involves providing in-class support to pupils with specific educational needs and working alongside a professional SEN department. Full time equivalent salary: £25,185‑£25,583 – Actual salary will be based on number of hours/days worked.
This role can be full or part time depending on your availability. The Teaching Assistant working day is 8 विभितam‑3.20pm; flexible times may be considered. Please state your availability/preference on application for discussion at interview. There is an option to do extra paid duties after school or at lunchtime and this is something that can also be discussed at the interview.
Teaching assistant required at Beechen Cliff School to provide in class support to pupils with specific educational needs. As a Teaching Assistant at Beechen Cliff, you will have the opportunity to work in an ambitious, knowledgeable and friendly SEN department, helping pupils with a variety of special needs as part of a motivated and professional team.
Good Maths and English and a working knowledge of ICT is essential. All necessary training will be given. The successful candidates will be subject to relevant Pre‑Employment checks prior to appointment. An enhanced Disclosure Barring Service Certificate is required for this post prior to commencement.
