Are you an experienced Teacher ready to pass on your knowledge and skills to other learning professionals? We are recruiting a new Teaching and Learning Coach to drive teaching and learning developments across the College.

Reporting to the T&L Team Leader, you will work with various curriculum areas to design professional development and support innovation through tailored coaching and mentoring. The new Teaching and Learning Coach will support the implementation and communication of the Teaching and Learning strategy, working with individuals on a 1:1 basis and within group settings. You will be part of the college observation team and contribute to the design of college‑wide teaching and learning initiatives and projects. Dedicated teaching hours will also be included as part of the role.

We are looking for a coach with exceptional people skills who is dedicated to supporting teachers to be the very best they can be. You will have a track record of providing exceptional teaching and learning sessions for your students. As a Teaching and Learning Coach, you will help other staff formally and informally, and be known to help colleagues develop as educators. Teachers view you as someone with a growth mindset and a keen motivator.
