Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Teacher of Design, Technology & Construction (Subject Coordinator) department who will develop and inspire our pupils within this key vocational pathway and be part of our vibrant School community. We are looking to appoint a highly skilled individual who can enhance our current Design, Technology & Construction offer and in conjunction with the Director of Studies (Vocational) grow this popular pathway further through additional courses and qualifications.

With a strong emphasis on dyslexia, the Teacher of Design, Technology & Construction (Subject Coordinator) will facilitate the delivery of a balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum to pupils. They will support subject initiatives; monitor, assess and report upon pupil progress and contribute to raising subject standards within the department and the school. The post holder will ensure that the concepts of "Keeping Children Safe in Education" is embedded within all activities of the Department.
