Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Aigburth (L15) to recruit a Design & Technology Teacher for a long-term role, Monday to Friday. This position, starting in January, is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about teaching Design & Technology and helping young people develop practical and creative skills. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of being taken on permanently by the school.

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, or relevant teaching experience in secondary Design & Technology

  • Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 Design & Technology

  • A positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills

  • Confidence delivering engaging and accessible lessons to pupils aged

  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a wider school team

  • Happy to undertake any in-house training provided
