Teacher (Bank) – Sedgemoor Manor School

Sedgemoor Manor School are looking to recruit an outstanding SEN Teacher to join our teaching team. We are seeking an ambitious, energetic and committed teacher who will expand the learning experiences of our pupils. The successful candidate will teach and support our young people who may have autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, ADHD and associated complex needs. The post covers KS2, KS3 or KS4/5 and is suitable for both Primary or Secondary trained teachers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality teaching and support for students with SEN in KS2–KS5 as part of a dedicated team.
  • Deliver a broad curriculum and support personalised learning plans.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents and external professionals to support student outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Qualified teacher status (essential).
  • Experience of teaching and supporting young people within SEN is preferred.
