Job description

We're looking for passionate Guides and assistants to join us in creating an authentic Montessori programme in Abingdon, a small market town on the Thames river surrounded by beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.

Requirements:

• AMI 3-6 training
• QTS, EYTS or other equivalent Level 6 qualification an advantage
• Preferred 3 years of classroom experience
• Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish would also be an advantage
• Passion for Montessori, child development and working together with parents
• Committed to ongoing learning, open to feedback and reflection
