A leading UK University in Cardiff is seeking a Teacher in Diagnostic Radiography and Imaging to inspire undergraduate students and contribute to a dynamic learning environment. This full-time role covers maternity leave from November 2025 to November 2026 and involves teaching across various healthcare science programs. Applicants should have HCPC registration and a passion for innovative, student-focused education. The role offers a salary range of £41,064 – £46,049 per annum and operates under blended working arrangements.
Due to the maternity leave of the current post holder, Cardiff University, College of Biomedical and Life Sciences, School of Healthcare Sciences invites applications for a Teacher in Diagnostic Radiography and Imaging. This full‑time (35 hours per week) role will cover maternity leave from 10 November 2025 to 8 November 2026 and is based at Heath Park.
The majority of roles at Cardiff University operate under “blended working” arrangements. Staff may work partly from home and partly from the University campus, depending on specific business requirements. Discussions about these arrangements will occur after appointment.
Secondment is welcome for Cardiff University members of staff; permission must be sought from the current line manager prior to applying.
Salary: £41,064 – £46,049 per annum (Grade 6). Appointments are usually made at the bottom of the scale unless in exceptional circumstances.
