What you’ll be doing
  • Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent to give easyJet a distinct competitive advantage.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Champion the use of data and analytics, maintaining dashboards and leveraging predictive insights to inform talent decisions.
  • Talent Principles: Drive and maintain talent identification and assessment processes, leveraging tools to track, measure and accelerate the growth of top talent across the business.
  • Talent Leadership: Embed and champion the Talent Management Framework, driving consistency and excellence.
  • Strategic Talent Reviews: Design and collaborate on Talent Reviews with HR Business Partners, ensuring visibility and action on critical roles and top talent pipelines.
  • Skills Development: Identify skills gaps and partner with L&D, Early Careers, and Apprenticeships to create or source targeted development initiatives.
  • Succession & Retention: Drive succession beyond planning to build future-ready pipelines, shaping retention strategies to reduce critical talent attrition.
  • Talent Development: Co-create and deliver impactful development for our Talent in partnership with the Head of Talent & Learning.
  • Employer Brand Enhancement: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to strengthen easyJet’s employer brand and attract top talent.
Requirements of the Role

  • Proven expertise in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Performance Frameworks within complex organisations.
  • Skilled in leveraging analytics and insight to influence decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities, with credibility at all leadership levels.
  • Track record of successful project management, delivering initiatives that drive business value.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Passionate about building capability and fostering performance-driven cultures.
  • Experience with the Workday platform is a bonus.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
