The role involves building relationships with business leaders, assisting in demand planning, and ensuring effective service delivery. Contributes to the achievement of client expected outcomes through supporting key client stakeholders with the delivery of talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement activities.
Building Trusted Advisor relationships with the client's business leaders, providing data led insights to support the client achieving their strategic talent acquisition outcomes.
Working closely with the client's business to understand hiring demand and demand drivers and working with AMS internal centres of expertise to translate these demands into actionable hiring plans.
